Special Enrollment for Charters & Programs

Jump to: Schools with Special Enrollment Dates, or Academic Programs with Special Enrollment Dates.

Except for our charter schools, if your student is accepted into one of the Special Programs offered by the Vacaville Unified School District and you live outside of the Vacaville Unified School District’s boundaries, you will be required to complete an additional step before your student is enrolled.

All students who reside outside of our District and wish to attend one of our comprehensive school sites (non-charter schools) are required to submit an InterDistrict Attendance Agreement with their District of residence. The District of residence needs to approve the Agreement first, and then they will forward it to our District for our review and consideration. If the Agreement is approved, then the formal enrollment process can begin.

To take advantage of your lottery selection, please make sure you submit your InterDistrict Agreement within 30 calendar days of this email. Failure to submit the Agreement may result in your student’s spot at the Program being removed to allow students on the waitlist to enroll.

If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact the Student Attendance and Welfare Office at 707-469-2307.
