Administration

Ms. Stacey Banks, Principal

Hello Padan Panther Families,

My name is Stacey Banks, and I am honored to serve as the Principal of Eugene Padan Elementary School. I am passionate about creating an inclusive, high-performing school community where every student is empowered to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.Stacey Banks, Principal of Eugene Padan Elementary School, smiling in a teardrop-shaped red graphic frame, wearing a black blazer and gold hoop earrings.

My educational leadership journey includes serving as an Administrator and Instructional Coach in Vallejo City Unified School District, where I supported Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Special Education and 504 programs, English Learner services, restorative practices, instructional coaching, and professional learning. These experiences strengthened my commitment to equity, student achievement, and building systems that support the success of all learners.

Before transitioning into education, I held executive leadership roles in both nonprofit and business organizations, gaining valuable experience in strategic planning, organizational leadership, community engagement, budget management, and team development. These experiences continue to shape my collaborative approach to school leadership.

I hold a Master of Arts in Education with a concentration in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and believe that strong schools are built through meaningful relationships, shared leadership, and a focus on the whole child. At Padan, I am committed to partnering with our talented staff, dedicated families, and community members to create a learning environment where every student feels valued, challenged, and supported.

Padan is a special place, and I look forward to working alongside our students, staff, and families as we continue to grow, learn, and achieve together.

Proud Padan Panther Principal,
Stacey Banks

“Every Student. Every Opportunity. Every Day.”
