Hello!
My name is Cicely Rodda and I am thrilled to be the Principal at Eugene Padan Elementary for nine years now. Prior to that I was the Assistant Principal for three years. I am a proud product of the Vacaville Unified School District. I attended K-12 here in Vacaville. I also have three children who attend school in Vacaville Unified. I truly believe this is a great place to raise children.
Padan has the continued opportunity to be a part of a PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports). PBIS is a proactive, systematic approach to teaching students expected/acceptable behavior for school. This system is currently being used in hundreds of schools across the state and the country, with great results. I am excited to work with a team of teachers, staff and parents to continue to build Padan to be the best it can be.
